The Inis Meáin Knitting Company is based on the middle of the three Aran Islands, thirty miles off the west coast of Ireland. Here, the iconic Aran fishermans sweater has been expertly knitted by local artisans for generations, and Inis Meáin proudly nurtures this heritage for a new generation, hand finishing all garments using the finest available yarns.

Aran Fíodóir smock crew neck jumper with subtle tonal pattern in a cashmere and merino blend for exceptional softness. Fíodóir, or Weaver stitch, emulates the mosaic patterns of the stone walls of the Aran Islands in a striking combination of knitting and weaving.
